Wadhams Rolls Out an Innovative Safety Program

Wadhams Enterprises has completed the first year of its innovative Driver Safety Bonus Program, awarding 23 professional drivers with $5,000 safety bonus checks. Combined with the $4,000 in quarterly bonuses earned throughout the year, these drivers received a total of
$9,000 in safety incentives.
The Wadhams Driver Safety Bonus Program rewards drivers who consistently meet the company's high safety standards. Drivers who achieve the required safety score each quarter earn a $1,000 quarterly bonus. Those who maintain a perfect 100 safety score for four consecutive quarters become members of the 100 Club and receive an additional $5,000 annual bonus.
"This program is designed to encourage safe driving habits that prevent accidents and get our drivers home safe every day," said Dan Crowley, CFO of Wadhams Enterprises. "By simply focusing on safe driving every day, our drivers have the opportunity to significantly increase their annual income while helping us provide the safest service possible to our customers."
Since its launch, the program has been embraced by drivers from all three divisions of Wadhams and has delivered measurable benefits for both the company and its employees. Wadhams is strengthening its safety culture by rewarding proactive safety rather than simply reacting to incidents.
